Next rules apply for Licensing wave-vs.net Client R2.5a for Visual Studio 2010 under 'License Model':
- Each License you purchase represents a 'Client Access License' (CAL) to Server
- All Users using wave-vs.net Client Software must have a valid individual CAL
- Each CAL give you rights also to run wave-vs.net Personal Wave Server included with wave-vs.net Client Setup Package
Included on each License you acquire are:
- Access to Support Services by Email
- All minor updates and Fixes (QFEs) for Licensed wave-vs.net Client Version
Next rules apply for Licensing wave-vs.net Enterprise Server R2.5a under 'License Model':
- Each 'Server License' allows to run wave-vs.net Enterprise Server R2.5a in just one Computer
Included on License are:
- Access to Support Services by Email/Phone/Instant Messaging
- Server Setup Guidance
- Access to wave-vs.net Development Team for Request 'New Features'
- All minor updates and Fixes (QFEs) for Licensed wave-vs.net Enterprise Server Version

This Licensing Model follows a 'Software as a Service' approach, standard 'Service Model' Package includes:
Dedicated Exclusive Server Hosted on Internet Datacenter
- Dedicated Exclusive Server use only by your Company Hosted on Internet DataCenter
- 100 Mbps Internet Server fixed bandwidth
Server Management and Operation
- Full Server, Operating System and Server Software Management included on Package
Included Server Software
- Window 2008 Server Operating System
- wave-vs.net Enterprise Server R2.5a
Server Connectivity Options:
- Standard Internet Direct Connection to Server
- and/or private VPN connection to Server
Server Security Configuration:
- Firewall disallowing all IP traffic to Server except from your Company IPs
- Server will accept traffic from your IPs only on configured wave-vs.net Server Listening Port
- Additional wave-vs.net Server 'Handshake Token' Security to avoid not allowed Server Connection & Service Discovery
Included Client Software
- Licenses for wave-vs.net Client R2.5a for Vs.Net 2010
Dynamic Licensing Model
- Your 'Active Licenses' for wave-vs.net Client Software can 'Grow and Shrink' with your needs.
Intellectual Property Protection:
- Your company 'Protected Intellectual Property' is never stored on Server
Support Services:
- Access to Support Services by Email/Phone/Instant Messaging
- Access to wave-vs.net Development Team for Request 'New Features'

Service Cancellation:
