Chat & Multiparty Conference Rooms
Chat (Instant Messaging)
Chat is available for all people in your Contact List,
just left-clicking on Contact Name
will open a Chat Window to talk with Contact.
At any time a Contact begins actions with you they will be shown up on Action-History Panel.
This 'Action History' Panel has been specifically design to make you easy to track any Activity with other Contacts without loss any data due to the Chat flow, for instance, some of the Activities you will manager from 'Action History' Panel are:
Accept/Reject a Solution or Project Transfer
Accept an Invitation to Join a Conference Room
Process an invitation to
Join Collaboration Session
Accept or Reject a File Transfer
Accept/Reject Role Switch (Editor/Viewer) for some Designers
Accept/Reject Role Change Set Packages
Conference Rooms (Multiparty Chat)
To Setup a Conference Room you can click on the corresponding icon on
wave-vs.net Main toolbar
:
Conference Room Setup dialog will open where you can Select Contacts to invite just after Room Setup finish.
Also, is the time for you to set the Conference Rooms 'Topic'.
Once room is Ready, if you forget to invite some colleagues you can invite them to Join Conference using Conference Room Contextual Menus.
