WARNING: If you experience problems often in Pair Programming Sessions
while Resharper is Enabled, (we found this sometimes happen depending on your environment and version), unique
workaround is to Suspend Resharper, restart Visual Studio and do Pair Programming Sessions wihtout Resharper Enabled.
